The staff in general was very kind and extremely helpful. They facilitated all our requests, especially the restaurant staff and Mr Dechand who took us on different tours around the city. We are highly grateful for your hospitality and kindness throughout our stay.

I like the behaviour of the staff . Mr. Ghanshyam, Mr Ajai Rai, Mr Aakash Das, Ms. Rashmi Ranjan. Extremely professional people .They took good care of me and my family during the stay.

The staff was quite supportive and polite. requested for extra Sugar and Coffee set and they provided it twice without any charges, even they allowed to carry food from Outside which was exceptional, over all it was a memorable experience along with Hot Tub and Swimming pool amenities.

Each and every little tuing one can think of at any given time, I would say Radisson will stay among top on each of the facility or amenities or anything you can think of. Whether you talk about ambience, it was way good. The hygiene control was actually above my expectations. The cleanliness, overall environment, everything whether big or little was absolutely above expected.
